Polish Collection Agency Warns against Leif Johansen-firm

Last week Companies House in Copenhagen ordered the company to seize operating - a de facto enforced winding-up-order

Since 4 December 2007 and up until last week 'TLG Danmark ApS' has operated a forwarding agency from the company address 'Skellet 14' in Kolding, Denmark. Behind the company is a well-known person - Leif Johansen - who has a number of bankruptcies tied to his name.
Last week Companies House in Copenhagen ordered that 'TLG Danmark ApS' seize operating with immediate effect. The ruling means that a number of creditors will have to see what's left once the bankruptcy court gets things settled.
One of the creditors is a Polish collection agency based in Zielona Góra.
The company has taken over claims relating to 'TLG Danmark' and has since the beginning of this year tried to get 'TLG Danmark ApS' to cover its debts - so far with no success.
Now the Polish collection agency is alerting other companies to be aware of 'TLG Danmark ApS' - and indirectly warning against doing business with Leif Johansen or companies he is involved in or behind.

Operating south of the border
As far as 'transportnyhederne.dk' is informed 'TLG Danmark ApS' has primarily been operating south of the Danish/German-border where a number of German haulage contractors have carried out transport-jobs for the company.
'TLG Danmark' picked up a number af haulage-jobs through the Teleroute-exchange. Jobs which 'TLG Danmark' then contracted other hauliers to carry out.
'TGL Danmark' subsequently collected the fees from its customers, but was more than tardy with regards to forwarding owed fees to hauliers actually having carried out the transport jobs. 'Teleroute' has been well aware of Leif Johansen and his company 'TLG Danmark' for some time.
According to information 'transportnyhederne.dk' has received Leif Johansen also owes - or owed - 'Teletoute' money from previous activities.
